One of the great things about being in Real Estate and Finance is being able to play a small part in helping others reach their goals. While we primarily focus our attention on Residential sales, we also do Commercial properties as well. Last night, Christine and I celebrated the opening of a new restaurant in Frederick, MD - UMI Sushi. Several months ago, we helped our client negotiate a lease for this property, and they have been steadily improving and preparing the property ever since. We were so pleased with the result, and so proud of our client for creating something special. Our client did a great job of blending both traditional Asian elements with modern touches. The place was truly beautiful, and the food was outstanding. If you are in the Carroll Creek Park area of Old Town Frederick MD, its right around the creek walk.
